Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Cottage Physical Therapy, you will work primarily in a home care setting, where you will interact closely with patients and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes to assess their physical abilities and challenges.

• Track and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions, assistive devices, and strategies to facilitate at-home rehabilitation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the healthcare team about patient status, treatment effectiveness, and recommendations for further care.

Qualifications
