Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Redeemer Physical Therapy, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, gathering relevant medical histories and assessing physical capabilities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and evidence-based guidelines to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of patients, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Actively engaging with patients to provide instruction, motivation, and support throughout their recovery journey.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care and to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Meeting minimum utilization goals and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Physical Therapist position will possess the following qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Successful completion of a Physical Therapist program accredited by APTA or CAPTE.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
