This position is based in Clearwater, Florida, at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician referrals to optimize patient recovery.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• A current CPR certification, demonstrating your preparedness for emergency situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficiency with computer systems and word processing applications, enabling efficient documentation and care coordination.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
