Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and focused care tailored to each patient's unique recovery goals, ensuring that they receive the attention and support they need.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to uphold quality standards, dedicating sufficient time to each patient's treatment plan.
• Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing prior experience to develop and execute effective therapy strategies.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities to enhance clients' mobility, emphasizing non-invasive techniques over reliance on medications.
• Create comprehensive, personalized care plans based on thorough assessments, integrating diverse treatment techniques and innovative solutions.

• Encourage and motivate patients through their treatment journey, providing emotional support and fostering a positive rehabilitation mindset.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of care provided, ensuring that patient files are up to date and reflective of individualized care strategies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
