Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and determining appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement tailored treatment programs, utilizing evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques to aid recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians to develop interdisciplinary strategies that maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment regimens, and prevention strategies to foster a proactive approach to health.
• Document all patient-related information meticulously in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service through compassionate interactions and timely responsiveness to patient needs.
• Meet established performance metrics to contribute to the organization's operational and clinical goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will engage with a wide array of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing pediatric or neurologic conditions, and participating in sports rehabilitation programs. Each patient's experience matters deeply at Envisage, where you will work to build meaningful relationships and create individualized pathways for recovery and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT).
• At least two years of experience providing direct patient care in a relevant clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure emergency preparedness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse patient demographics and various treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and technology-based interventions.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and rehabilitation software to streamline patient management.
• A proven track record in achieving high patient satisfaction and positive clinical outcomes.
