Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and individual patient progress.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to treat conditions in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine domains.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering an inviting atmosphere that enhances patient engagement and trust.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to patient management and improved recovery outcomes.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on treatment methodologies and self-management strategies.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives through effective communication and teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and neurological disorders. Your clinical expertise will be instrumental in guiding patients of all ages through their rehabilitation processes, using meaningful and research-driven treatment strategies that align with their specific health goals. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient in word processing and various software to document patient progress and maintain records accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in physical therapy, ideally in a clinical setting focused on outpatient rehabilitation.
• Experience working with patients across a range of specialties, including pediatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to apply them in a practical and meaningful way.

Compensation and Benefits
