This position is based onsite, directly within the homes of our patients. Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be charged with a variety of important duties, including:

• Evaluating patients' conditions through initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create individualized treatment programs.
• Implementation of diverse therapeutic interventions to address orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Utilizing various modalities and techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to facilitate patient progress.
• Consulting with and educating patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, emphasizing self-management and lifestyle changes.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their functional goals.
• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through collaborative care approaches.
• Meeting minimum utilization and performance goals set by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse client base ranging from pediatric to older adult patients, addressing various physical therapy needs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice physical therapy in the State of Florida.
• Completion of a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, alongside basic computer and documentation skills.
• A commitment to building strong relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.

Preferred Experience

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on experience in home care or community-based rehabilitation preferred. A background in specialized therapy areas such as orthopedics, pediatrics, or geriatrics will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
