Work Environment

This role is primarily focused in a home care setting, allowing you to deliver personalized therapy where patients feel most comfortable. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored rehabilitation programs to patients, addressing their individual goals such as restoring mobility and improving physical function.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure dedicated attention and personalized care for each patient.
• Utilize your knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care to develop effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Emphasize non-surgical and cost-effective treatment modalities that reduce the dependency on medications.
• Actively engage in creating comprehensive treatment plans that may include various therapeutic methods and modalities.
• Motivate patients by providing continuous feedback and encouragement throughout their recovery process.
• Assess and monitor patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care and manage complex cases effectively.
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, to maintain high standards of care.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals in post-operative rehabilitation, and those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional mastery of manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs for diverse patient needs.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for effective documentation.
• A strong knowledge base of the latest research-supported physical therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
• A background in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary team environments is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
