Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients and colleagues through secure teletherapy platforms. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of our dynamic team, you will receive supervision and support from experienced professionals, contributing to a stimulating and collaborative work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments to identify clients' needs and facilitate effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, and ensure timely documentation of progress, diagnosis updates, and case notes.
\n
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adapt approaches to enhance client outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients, empowering them to address and navigate various challenges related to mental health and their cultural identities.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance service delivery and fill identified gaps in mental health services within the community.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their defined goals.
\n
• Engage actively in ongoing supervision and training sessions to improve cultural competence and therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges. Our clients come from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences, and you will play a crucial role in providing understanding and culturally responsive therapy that reflects their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting is essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective client interactions and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to set and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or family systems therapy is preferred.

• Previous experience working in a remote therapy setting or telehealth environment is advantageous, considering the nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
