Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• An advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement in clinical skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
