The Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing invoice processing, payment tracking, and maintaining clear communication with vendors and customers. This independent role focuses on ensuring accurate billing and customer invoicing while handling a monthly transaction volume of fewer than 100. The position requires proficiency with various accounting software platforms and strong attention to detail to support efficient financial operations without the need for travel. When AR/AP is not required, the candidate is expected to file paperwork around the office. Candidate will answer all incoming calls and forward to appropriate department.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely
• Track payments and reconcile accounts
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payments
• Manage billing and customer invoicing activities
• Maintain precise records of financial transactions
• Answering and Forwarding Calls
• Daily Office filing

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• Effective time management skills
