Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic objectives and continuously monitor their progress throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer teletherapy sessions as a primary modality, accommodating clients who prefer virtual interactions or have difficulty accessing in-person services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will focus on a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• A demonstration of empathy, a compassionate demeanor, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences.

• Ability to effectively manage time and caseload, with strong organizational capabilities to balance therapeutic and administrative duties.

• Experience working in a remote counseling environment or familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Prior work with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competencies in mental health.
