Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues while developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy services in both English and Spanish, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on enhancing coping skills, improving relationships, and supporting personal growth.

• Document all clinical interactions according to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate case notes within our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to coordinate care and share resources that promote client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crossroad Behavioral Health Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You'll address an array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Understanding each client's cultural background and individual circumstances is crucial in delivering effective, personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license to provide therapeutic services.
\n
• Proficient bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically in providing therapy to diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity and respect for individual differences.

• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Completion of relevant training in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes flexible work hours, continuing education allowances, and opportunities for professional development.
