Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process invoices into accounting software
- Prepare reports as requested
- Handle reconciliation
- Work with other internal team members on various projects as needed
- 1-3 Years in Field of Bookkeeping/Accounting/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoices, Collections
- Strong attention to Detail
- Professional Demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with minimal supervision
- Work effectively with other Internal Teams
- Solid MS Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, and Accounting software
