Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately determine patients' needs, identifying appropriate interventions and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a safe space for patients to share experiences and foster community.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance the quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n
