About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product with a strong focus on outcomes and AI innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product strategy, executing the roadmap, and driving the strategic direction of the product portfolio. This includes owning the multi-horizon planning to balance core products with emerging AI-first offerings, driving platform evolution, and ensuring the scalability and speed of delivering customer value. The role also involves direct P&L responsibility, leading a Head of AI Innovation, and being at the forefront of the company's transformation toward automated, API-centric solutions. The VP of Product will be a key partner to the CPO and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value products at scale. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product management leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive-level role, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology. Technical fluency in areas such as API architecture, platform infrastructure, and accessibility standards is essential, with a background in engineering or experience in deeply technical product domains strongly preferred. The role requires a proven track record in managing product P&L, delivering revenue growth, and experience in building platform ecosystems and API-first products. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and strategic thinking ability, be adept at leading cross-functional teams, and have a demonstrated success in launching innovative offerings while maintaining stability in core product lines.
