Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic care that addresses both their mental and physical health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all notes reflect the client's progress and treatment adjustments.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and continued education to stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on serving individuals and families who may lack access to comprehensive mental health care. The clientele includes adults and adolescents experiencing various psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
