URGENTLY SEEKING COMMERCIAL MASONRY BUSINESS DEVELOPERS GPAC, ranked #1 Masonry Recruiting Firm in the Nation, is working with a well‑respected, firmly established Masonry Contractor to identify an experienced Masonry Business Developer. This role offers a competitive base salary of $110K–$120K with a bonus structure and the chance to lead a motivated team in a fast‑growing organization. Responsibilities Lead a motivated team of business development professionals. Build and maintain relationships within ICRI and other industry contacts. Identify and pursue new masonry project opportunities exceeding $500K. Develop and implement strategic business plans to support company growth. Qualifications 3+ years experience in the masonry industry as a Business Developer. Proficient with Bluebeam, Estimate Pro, or equivalent software. Experience selling masonry projects in excess of $500K. Relationships within ICRI. Familiar with Range Screens, Terracotta Panels, Air Barrier, Restoration, Scaffolding, a PLUS.
