Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Design individualized treatment plans that are tailored to address specific mental health issues, incorporating both short-term and long-term goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couple’s therapy, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and keep meticulous client records organized within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about the nature of their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available resources, actively advocating for their rights and needs.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by engaging in workshops, training, and consultation sessions to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a multitude of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
