Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while connecting with students and families through virtual platforms. Our work environment is enhanced by a culture of collaboration, emphasizing teamwork among our mental health professionals, educators, and therapists. You will work regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend coverage to ensure continuous support for our students. On-call availability may also be required to address urgent matters as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of students.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s mental health, emotional well-being, and academic integration.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, addressing challenges associated with ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that promote personal growth, improve emotional regulation, and enhance coping strategies.

• Collaborating closely with educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's care.

• Offering crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and stabilization.
\n
• Educating students and their families on mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping techniques.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and staff development activities to foster continuous learning and progress.

• Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students in the Special Education Program, many of whom face challenges related to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, and trauma. You will support these students in overcoming barriers to their educational success, ensuring that they receive the mental health services they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Strong skills in delivering individual and group therapy across various therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
