Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Utilize our efficient billing service that manages claims, as well as client and insurance accounts receivable, ensuring a streamlined financial process.
\n
• Document client interactions accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining an organized system for notes and progress tracking.
\n
• Proactively schedule follow-up appointments, maintaining an updated calendar to facilitate continuous care for your clients.
\n
• Work with a diverse array of clinical presentations, employing your expertise to assist clients in overcoming challenges and fostering resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with clients from various demographics and backgrounds, ranging in age from children to older adults. Our therapeutic focus encompasses a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your ability to connect with clients and build rapport will be essential in guiding them toward achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
\n
• Must hold a valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining excellent therapeutic boundaries, demonstrating professionalism, and respecting cultural competency in all client interactions.
\n
• Strong self-motivation, good organizational skills, and effective time-management abilities.
\n
• Availability for a full-time commitment, including at least 20-25 hours of client-facing work per week, as well as being available for a minimum of two evenings weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in couples therapy will be highly regarded and is a plus for candidates.

• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in therapeutic practices is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Kings View Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented with the potential for bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
