Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and impactful remote therapy sessions, utilizing our secure online platform to connect with clients. Assess client mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals. Implement therapeutic techniques based on various evidence-based methodologies to enhance client outcomes. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care. Maintain organized and accurate client records, adhering to confidentiality and legal requirements. Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to client care. Stay current with developments in the mental health field and integrate new practices into your work. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will provide therapy to a diverse client base dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients appreciate the convenience and accessibility of remote therapy, and your expertise in remote engagement techniques will be vital for establishing rapport and fostering trust. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients through digital platforms. Experience in providing individual therapy in a one-on-one setting. Preferred Experience Proficiency with online therapeutic tools and technology, ensuring smooth session delivery. Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and evidencing client progress. Previous work experience in a community health clinic or similar environment is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
