Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, personal strengths, and available resources, forming the foundation for tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, outlining specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress measures in collaboration with clients.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize client care and treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and create safety planning protocols as necessary to ensure client safety and stability.

• Maintain ongoing documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in line with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering community and shared understanding among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
