This position will be held in a fully remote setting, facilitating a flexible work-life balance that accommodates your schedule while ensuring that patient needs are met. Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility for urgent patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and acknowledge each patient's cultural context and individual experiences.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques that enhance emotional resilience and mental well-being.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources essential for sustained mental health management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and cultural competence in providing therapy.

• Proficient in delivering individual and group therapy sessions through a culturally responsive lens.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities, with a capacity to navigate challenging patient situations with calmness and skill.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Competency in electronic health record management and relevant digital tools.

• Professional integrity with a commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and the maintenance of professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
