Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments through initial client interviews and standardized tools to accurately understand mental health concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities consistent with each client's unique goals and needs—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Implement therapy in various formats, including one-on-one, group sessions, and family therapy, tailoring approaches based on the context and client population.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention through telehealth platforms for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring urgent needs are met effectively.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, complying with all HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, actively participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, fostering understanding and promoting advocacy for client needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health care through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a relevant mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
