Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and effective sales techniques. Consistently exceed manufacturer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through rapport-building and exceptional service. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain dealership reputation. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
