Overview of the Role: Our Enterprise Business team partners with Salesforce's most strategic customers organizations with 5,000+ employees across the Manufacturing (including automotive, utilities, energy, oil, and gas) and Retail and Consumer Goods industries. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth by selling the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, and helping customers realize lasting value from their Salesforce investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers across your assigned accounts, helping customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, while coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Share the Salesforce value proposition to drive growth within existing accounts and generate new business through both warm leads and prospecting.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large, extended internal team.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling into the Manufacturing or Retail and Consumer Goods industries.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

The typical base salary range for this position is $123,200 - $247,800 annually. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC, the base pay range for this role in those locations is $135,300 - $272,600 per year. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
