About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for its new logistics department, which is at the forefront of launching innovative initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a high-impact, high-growth environment, with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building from the ground up. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading and executing core initiatives, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Head of Commercial position should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A high-agency builder mindset is essential, as is a proven track record of domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where good ideas and fast execution are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving critical milestones, and will be prepared for the possibility of a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
