This full-time remote position focuses on providing essential clinical services in a detox center setting, supporting individuals as they navigate their path to recovery. Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide critical support to clients from the comfort of your own home. Even though the setting is virtual, you will maintain a collaborative atmosphere through regular communication with fellow team members using digital platforms. This role is essential in ensuring that clients receive both face-to-face and ongoing support as they progress through detox and recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans catered to the specific needs of each patient.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with established treatment protocols. This includes facilitating crisis appointments when needed to address urgent patient concerns.

• Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations for case management and referrals, ensuring that clients have access to a continuum of care.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relaxation techniques to guide clients on their recovery journey.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings for case coordination, offering insights on client progress and discussing treatment strategies.

• Design and implement outreach activities that promote mental health awareness and wellness initiatives within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on adults who are facing challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. Clients often seek assistance navigating their detox journey and require empathetic, trauma-informed care. Understanding that each client’s experience is unique, you will be responsible for adapting treatment strategies that resonate personally with each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Pennsylvania License in Social Work (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years' experience in the behavioral health field, particularly in substance use treatment or mental health settings.

• Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care and social justice frameworks regarding mental health and substance use recovery.

• Proficient in standard office software applications and telecommunication tools necessary for client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n
