Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health status and history.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, and regularly evaluate their progress toward these goals.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to provide convenient virtual sessions, ensuring therapy is accessible to clients with differing challenges.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans to adhere to state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case supervision and team meetings to continuously refine therapeutic skills and share insights with peers.

Qualifications\n
