Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy—in individual, family, and group settings.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate and improve client care, ensuring comprehensive support during treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EMR software to track client progress efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Stance, you will work closely with diverse populations facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards impacting the counseling profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
