Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives

Kia of West Nyack is seeking proactive and talented Customer Service Representatives. Are you ready to shift your career into overdrive? If you answered yes, Kia of West Nyack is the place for you.Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and set appointments for prospective clients.
- Manage a high volume of customer inbound calls and re-route to the appropriate team member.
- Identify customer needs and resolve concerns
- Log customer information into the dealerships computer database and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Identify strategies to improve customer service process and customer satisfaction
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment strongly preferred
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
- Proven experience at building relationships and working in teams. Must be detail-oriented.
- Technical proficiency
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance
- Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to type 38 words plus per minute
