Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' emotional, social, and economic challenges.

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students facing adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams to establish comprehensive care plans addressing the unique needs of each student.

• Facilitate communication between families and schools to ensure a seamless flow of support and resources.

• Link families with community services and post-discharge resources to guarantee ongoing support after therapeutic interventions.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques as necessary to support students in urgent situations.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational and legal standards, facilitating smooth transitions between care settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents who are navigating a variety of emotional and mental health challenges. This includes issues related to trauma, family dynamics, academic pressures, and cultural identity. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.
