Key Responsibilities\n

The primary focus of this role is on trauma injury patients who require specialized mental health support. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences that have impacted their mental health. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help guide them toward recovery and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with trauma patients or similar populations.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
