Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals experiencing mental health challenges alongside co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Knowledge of and experience working with patients with mental health conditions impacted by co-occurring medical issues.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to efficiently document and track patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
