Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' trauma histories, strengths, and needs.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that target trauma recovery and build resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address patients' unique challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their healing processes and helping them develop effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care to patients, ensuring their mental health needs are thoroughly met.

• Respond to trauma-related emergencies with appropriate crisis intervention techniques, ensuring patient safety and emotional support.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available support resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
