Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trust and positive professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, focusing on monitoring progress, assessing stability, scheduling future appointments, and facilitating discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that empower clients and provide them with the tools they need for recovery.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and initiate treatment processes effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
