The role involves hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members, along with overseeing staffing, budgeting, and adherence to departmental goals. Key Responsibilities Manage personnel, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development. Develop and monitor staffing plans, budgets, and departmental goals, responding to operational needs. Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions are appropriate for age and developmental needs, and document care according to policy. Lead staff communication, coordinate scheduling, approve payroll, and manage disciplinary actions and performance reviews. Ensure safety, productivity, and compliance with policies, supporting a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing and RN licensure required. 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years, and less than 2 years of supervisor experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.
