Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations, establishing baseline measurements for future progress tracking.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing methods such as therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with each patient's unique needs and recovery objectives.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress thoroughly and accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, rehabilitative techniques, and the use of assistive devices to foster independence in rehabilitation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance the overall treatment approach, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, contributing to peer discussions, and keeping pace with emerging trends in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, each with unique challenges stemming from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory, with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required, along with a valid CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
