Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, analyzing their unique emotional needs and care requirements.

• Offer individualized and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing emotional difficulties, providing coping strategies, and facilitating discussions on aging-related topics.

• Provide grief and loss counseling, guiding clients and their families through the complexities of end-of-life issues and the grieving process.

You will be primarily focused on serving the elderly population within a community health setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• Eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor within the State of Washington.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus to successful candidates.
