Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and frameworks.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans addressing patients' psychiatric, psychosocial, physical health-related, and behavioral health needs throughout their journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with external behavioral health treatment facilities and specialists, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive support.

• Proactively identify and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, leveraging data and feedback to inform practice adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions within our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals grappling with substance use disorders, including those facing co-occurring mental health issues. You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from early-stage individuals seeking help to those further along in their recovery journey. By utilizing your skills in a client-centered approach, you will support patients in achieving their personal recovery goals and fostering sustainable health improvements.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and fully licensed as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a collaborative behavioral health environment, demonstrating the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• In-depth understanding and working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions, including substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
