Work Environment\n

This position is based in our dynamic Community Health Clinic, operating remotely, which provides the flexibility necessary for balancing professional responsibilities and personal well-being. Our team is composed of skilled mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, fostering a collaborative atmosphere aimed at delivering integrated care. Scheduled work hours will typically be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify treatment needs and formulate tailored therapeutic plans.

• Engage in individual counseling utilizing evidence-based approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that cultivate peer connections and provide a support network for clients in recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical professionals to ensure consistent and coordinated treatment plans.

• Perform crisis intervention during acute substance-related emergencies, providing immediate support and maintaining safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
