The Resilient Recovery Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our expanding team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our telehealth facility ensures that you will have all necessary tools at your disposal to provide effective therapy through state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, virtual therapy platforms, and communication tools. You will have the flexibility to design a work schedule that accommodates both your and your patients’ needs, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain individual patient needs, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, such as individual, couples, and family therapy, employing techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups specifically designed to create a supportive community environment.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care that encompasses all aspects of patient wellbeing.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention services to help clients navigate urgent mental health issues effectively.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient privacy.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings, promoting professional development through ongoing training and supervision.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population representing various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, obtained from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, with a focus on evidence-based treatment.

• Demonstrated ability in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy, with a track record of success working within diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, facilitating effective client rapport and collaboration with colleagues.

• Sound judgment and a strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards in practice.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and case management software effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
