Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify their mental health needs, establishing effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities based on the client’s preferences and clinical requirements, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Set realistic therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.

• Engage clients in teletherapy sessions, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported in a virtual setting, particularly for those with mobility challenges or preference for remote care.

• Keep thorough documentation of treatment plans and progress notes to uphold ethical and professional standards, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and peer consultations, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
