Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Caring Physique Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to different specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Providing skilled therapeutic care in alignment with physicians' treatment plans, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on care tactics, rehabilitation exercises, and preventative measures to support independence and functional recovery.
• Striving to meet established utilization goals while maintaining a high standard of quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will allow you to work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy in Florida.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating knowledge of advanced therapeutic modalities and patient care.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on patient education.
• Proficiency in computer skills and word processing to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
