The Advanced Global Movement Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in our rehabilitation facility located in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings to guide effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and proposed treatment plans with patients and their families, ensuring active participation in goal-setting.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols grounded in evidence-based practices, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving patient needs and health trends.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care, documenting any changes in patient conditions and modifying care plans accordingly.
• Oversee discharge planning and the continuity of care post-treatment, including follow-up appointments and patient education regarding home exercises and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including initial assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality of care, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to bolster community engagement and educate the public on rehabilitation services.
• Mentor students and less experienced staff, contributing to professional growth within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We prioritize a patient-centered approach, tailoring treatment to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and proficiency in developing exercise protocols that support patient rehabilitation.
• Experience with WebPT electronic medical records (EMR) software is preferred to streamline documentation and billing processes.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with contemporary rehabilitation techniques and technologies.
• Previous experience mentoring or guiding clinical interns or new staff.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
