Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and challenges.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment programs tailored to individual health goals.
• Utilize specialized techniques and modalities to facilitate rehabilitation, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, empowering them with knowledge for effective management at home.
• Excel in customer service by building rapport with patients, regularly assessing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Achieve and exceed minimum productivity benchmarks while contributing to the operational success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Each day presents a variety of challenges, allowing you to apply your clinical skills across diverse cases and demographics. Your role is vital in assisting patients through all phases of recovery, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and precision.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved institution.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

While a new graduate is welcomed, prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting that focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
