Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to gather relevant information.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and unique life circumstances, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective coping strategies, thereby empowering them to actively participate in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. This includes tracking changes in symptomatology and adapting interventions based on client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals suffering from mood disorders, which may include conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and various anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
