Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify each client's unique needs and challenges.

• Work collaboratively with patients to craft individualized treatment plans that consider their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and mental health conditions.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to support clients during individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, partnering with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in line with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools to manage their mental health effectively and promoting healthy coping strategies.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Conduct regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness and adapt plans as necessary based on client feedback and emerging needs.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and incorporate new evidence-based strategies into your work with clients.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level.
