We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow market presence within the Manchester-Londonderry area. This role is focused on generating new deposit relationships, identifying commercial lending opportunities, and building strong connections through networking, outreach, and community engagement. What You'll Do
Business Development & Outreach
- Identify and pursue new deposit and commercial lending opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and local initiatives
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and community partners
- Deliver a consultative and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Assist clients with onboarding and ongoing product support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact to strengthen client satisfaction and retention
- Track outreach efforts, referrals, and business development activity
- Contribute ideas to improve growth strategies and market outreach
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable banking regulations
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles required
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Familiarity with deposit products, lending, or financial services is a strong plus
- Knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, FFIEC, etc.) is helpful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
